Qualifications & Experience
- Age below 40 years
- HRM part qualification or certificate level from a recognized HR institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative operations
- Good understanding of routine HR and administrative functions
- Fair knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements
- Experience in handling time and attendance management systems
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management processes
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinate internal HR communications and staff-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
- Support HR executive in operational tasks and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Teamwork and a positive working attitude
