Qualifications & Experience

• Passed the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) examination with credit passes for Mathematics and English.

• Passed the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) examination with simple passes for 3 main subjects.

• Having a Banking-related qualification will be considered an added advantage.

• Experience in Banking, Finance, Sales, and Marketing fields will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day retail banking operations and deliver excellent customer care services to branch clients.

• Promote and market the bank’s extensive portfolio of sustainable financial products and community-driven banking solutions.

• Work collaboratively within a competitive, target-driven retail branch network to achieve specified numbers.

• Maintain accuracy and follow strict compliance and regulatory guidelines set by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

Required Skills

• Good command of English and the local language.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• An inherent appetite to achieve numbers in a highly competitive environment.

• Being proactive, creative, and resourceful in executing daily duties.
