Qualifications & Experience

• A degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or professional body.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the Banking or Finance sector.

• Proven exposure in Credit, Marketing, Cash Management, Liability Management, and Value Chain Financing within Business Banking or SME segments.

• Solid understanding of financial statements, diverse industry sectors, and the broader commercial and economic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accountability for establishing, operationalizing, and growing the business banking segment of the bank.

• Formulate, direct, and monitor localized segment strategies to ensure the comprehensive accomplishment of business goals.

• Drive the acquisition and growth of the Business Banking portfolio to hit set targets in assets, liabilities, and fee-based income.

• Analyze client accounts, financial structures, and regional business dynamics to extend targeted credit and cash management structures.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and marketing skills.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and reporting abilities with a clear track record of driving results.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to convey financial insights clearly and persuasively.
