Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of work experience in the Banking/Finance sector, out of which approximately 2 years must feature direct exposure to branch operations.

• Prior experience in branch audits will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.

• Full or part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification.

• Proficiency in basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive branch audits within the assigned regional cluster to ensure strict operational compliance.

• Prepare and submit detailed, accurate audit reports directly to the Retail Business Department.

• Monitor audit workflows closely and ensure that all high-risk findings are rectified as required.

• Verify that all other outstanding audit findings are fully addressed and completed within the stipulated timeline.

• Perform in-depth analysis on identified high-risk findings to isolate underlying causes and prevent operational recurrence.
