Qualifications & Experience

the ideal candidate should bring:

• A Degree or Diploma in insurance, Business management, or a related field.

• 1 – 2 Years of experience in the same field.

• Prior experience in Underwriting or insurance operations will be considered an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The selected junior executive will handle the following duties:

• Underwrite insurance proposals according to company guidelines.

• Prepare accurate quotations within the agreed service timeline.

• Support achievements of GWP (Gross Written Premium) targets while maintaining loss ratios.

• Maintain strong working relationships with brokers.

• Ensure proper documentation, records, and data privacy compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
