Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site operations.
• Coordinate workforce and subcontractors on-site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
• Oversee interior fit-out activities and maintain project quality.
• Report site progress and coordinate with project management.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Experience in office interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• NVQ Level 4 Certificate in Construction Site Supervision or an equivalent qualification.
• Age below 40 years.
• Male candidates are preferred.
