Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good command of English and Sinhala.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
