Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Professional Qualification with NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in facilities management, property management, or corporate real estate operations.
• Sound knowledge of building and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, fire safety regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and office systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and maintenance of company properties, equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
• Source, negotiate, and manage external service providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and government regulations.
• Coordinate workspace planning, office reconfigurations, and relocation activities.
• Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and monitor maintenance-related expenses.
• Process utility and maintenance invoices.
• Manage lease agreements, property administration, and tenant-related matters.
• Serve as the primary contact for building, machinery, vehicle, and facility maintenance issues.
