Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the banking or finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of asset products, including loans and leasing, will be an added advantage.
• Experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to promote asset products, including loans and leasing solutions.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage media relations and coordinate public relations activities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights.
