Qualifications & Experience

• Professional certifications related to Computer Hardware and/or Networking.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Candidates should be below 30 years of age.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in IT networking, computer hardware, and software.
• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain desktop computers and laptops at the Head Office and branch locations.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, switches, and other IT hardware.
• Install and configure Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other required software applications.
• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software inventories.
• Coordinate with branches for the timely delivery of IT equipment.
• Provide timely end-user support through the Help Desk and Hotline.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s IT, BCMS, and ISO policies and procedures.

• Computer hardware installation and maintenance.
