Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with a Certificate, Diploma, or undergraduate qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Analytics, Accountancy, Insurance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of AI tools will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client insurance-related operational activities.
• Assist in improving operational processes and procedures.
• Prepare monthly incentive calculations in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate and follow up with branch offices on operational matters.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Support the operations team by handling responsibilities during staff absences.
• Conduct branch visits to monitor operational performance and provide necessary support.
• Perform additional operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
