Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in reconciliation processes is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Performance-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily General Ledger (GL) reconciliations for the Cards Department.
• Identify outstanding reconciliation entries and initiate clearance procedures.
• Monitor VISA and Mastercard outgoing staging processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to complete daily card settlement activities.
• Analyze operational data and prepare accurate MIS reports for management.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality support to business operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures related to card settlements.
