Qualifications & Experience

applicants should ideally:

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field.

• Have 3–5 years of experience in corporate or institutional security management.

• Possess prior experience in a bank, financial institution, or security services company.

• Possess knowledge of threat assessments, risk management, and compliance with local and corporate security protocols.

• Be familiar with access control systems, fire and burglar alarms, and modern security technologies.

• Have knowledge in CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.

• Be capable of conducting comprehensive security audits across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

the selected coordinator will be mainly responsible for:

• Coordinating and evaluating strategic security programs to mitigate risks across the Bank.

• Collaborating with management to address internal and external security threats.

• Screening and monitoring the performance of security guards deployed by private security companies.

• Liaising with law enforcement officials to ensure compliance with corporate and local security protocols.

• Reviewing and updating security arrangements across all branches to safeguard employees, customers, and property.

• Reporting security incidents and responses to management, while recommending upgrades aligned with technological advancements.

Required Skills

• Strong collaboration skills with management and law enforcement authorities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills to handle security incidents effectively.

• Strong multitasking and surveillance audit orchestration capabilities.
