📖 Job Description

The Sales Executive (Deployment) will be responsible for deploying, installing, and activating POS terminals at merchant locations while onboarding businesses into Payable’s payment ecosystem. The role also involves providing first-line technical support and ensuring smooth adoption of payment solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, and activate POS terminals at merchant locations
• Onboard new merchants and guide them on device usage & payment workflows
• Provide first-line technical support and resolve on-site issues quickly
• Build strong merchant relationships to increase transaction volumes
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams
• Maintain accurate field reports, tracking, and daily updates

🎯 Candidate Profile

✔️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations / sales / technical support
• Basic knowledge of POS devices and payment systems
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil / English
• Willingness to travel extensively 🚗
• Valid riding/driving license required
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset
