Payable (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to acquire new merchants and manage the onboarding process for IPG services. The role involves handling client communication, compliance verification, KYC processes, and ensuring successful merchant activation.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and onboard new merchants for IPG services
• Explain IPG features, pricing, and settlement processes
• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding process
• Assess merchant eligibility and suitability
• Collect and verify required registration documents
• Perform KYC and background checks
• Identify and escalate suspicious or high-risk businesses
• Coordinate internally for approvals and activation
• Maintain CRM records and updates
• Achieve monthly onboarding targets 🎯

🎓 Candidate Profile

✔️ Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related field

✔️ Experience

• 1 – 3 years experience in sales / banking / fintech / compliance

✔️ Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of online payment processing 💳
• Familiarity with KYC procedures
