📖 Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Payable’s merchant network by acquiring new business clients, promoting payment solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires strong field presence, mobility, and a results-driven mindset.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Expand merchant network across assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships 🤝
• Promote POS / digital payment solutions
• Provide basic technical support to merchants
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets 🎯
• Manage rental collections and account health
• Conduct regular merchant visits and field checks
• Report daily sales performance and pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

🎯 Candidate Profile

✔️ Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E O/L or A/L (Diploma in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
• Experience in field sales / merchant acquisition preferred
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil / English
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Must own a motorbike and willing to travel 🚗
