Qualifications & Experience

• Applicants should be between 20 and 35 years of age.
• Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Natural flair for sales and customer service.
• Ability and willingness to work on a roster basis.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in merchandising will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting Dilmah Tea Boutiques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to local and international customers.
• Promote and sell Dilmah tea products and related merchandise.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
• Assist customers in selecting products according to their preferences.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the boutique.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Follow company policies and provide a premium retail experience.
