Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations.
• Diploma in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP, SFAS, and PowerBase systems.
• Fluency in Tamil and Sinhala (English proficiency will be an added advantage).
• Applicants should be below 35 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field repairs, installations, and product deliveries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer service inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Process replacements or trade-in discounts where applicable.
• Support and monitor Service Franchise Agents (SFAs) regarding technical requirements, spare parts, and policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in the SFAS system and verify invoices for timely payments.
• Ensure timely settlement of Service Franchise Agent bills with 100% accuracy through field verification.
• Support the Regional Service Manager in achieving operational KPIs.
• Coordinate service operations to ensure smooth and efficient regional service delivery.
