Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc., NDT, or HND in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in building material sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in computer applications and business software.
• Applicants should be below 35 years of age.
• Residence within the Western Province will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a personal vehicle will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical advice and product support to clients regarding ready-mix concrete solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and technical expertise.
