Job Description

This role focuses on driving leasing business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective recovery processes within the assigned region. The selected candidate will play a key role in achieving regional targets and expanding market presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
• Identify new business opportunities and organize leasing campaigns
• Achieve individual sales and profitability targets
• Prepare lead generation proposals for approvals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Implement customer retention strategies for long-term business growth
• Oversee recovery of outstanding payments and debts
• Execute recovery strategies in compliance with bank guidelines
• Conduct field visits to manage delinquent customers
• Coordinate with branches to streamline legal and operational processes

The Person

• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in banking (Leasing / Marketing / Sales)
• Strong knowledge of leasing and lending products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage
