Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth (HNW) clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring financial performance through strategic banking operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage High Net-Worth (HNW) client relationships
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Achieve financial targets and monitor performance
• Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies
• Manage Elite client portfolios while ensuring KYC compliance
• Build strong customer trust and long-term relationships
• Support operational processes and maintain audit standards

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking (branch banking & relationship management)
• Qualification in Finance / Marketing / Banking / Management
• Strong knowledge of banking industry and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in KYC / AML compliance
• Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhala)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Professional and customer-focused personality
