Job Description

The Commercial Executive will manage procurement, product certification, regulatory approvals, and coordination across departments. The role ensures smooth import processes, compliance with standards, and timely product clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, registration, renewal, and certification processes
• Coordinate with SLSI, SLAAS, and regulatory authorities
• Handle testing, sample coordination, and supplier engagement
• Oversee regulatory operations and compliance workflows
• Monitor certification timelines and documentation
• Ensure shipment readiness and regulatory compliance
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in compliance / regulatory / quality roles (advantage)
• Knowledge of Sri Lankan regulatory frameworks (SLSI, SLAAS)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation processes
• Strong skills in MS Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
