📋 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in customer engagement & service delivery
• Focus on customer retention and loyalty building
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets 📈
• Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions
• Handle service center operations (billing, inventory, promotions)
• Support dealers, partners, and stakeholders

🎓 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Management / Marketing (preferred) 🎓
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Care (Telecom / Banking)
• Age below 28 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of mobile & data devices 📱
• Problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Languages:
  • Sinhala & English (Mandatory)
  • Tamil (Added advantage)
