Candidate Profile

The bank is looking for energetic and motivated candidates who:

• Are between 18 – 22 years of age
• Have passed G.C.E. O/L with minimum 6 passes including credits for English and Mathematics
• Have passed G.C.E. A/L with minimum 3 passes (excluding General English)
• Possess a Diploma or HND in Management, Finance, or a related field
• Have Banking & Finance qualifications from IBSL (preferred)
• Possess basic IT knowledge including MS Office
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are customer-service oriented and willing to learn
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service will be an added advantage
• Trilingual candidates will receive preference
