Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily and monthly reconciliations for JustPay, LankaQR, and Digital Banking platforms
• Investigate and resolve transaction mismatches and settlement variances
• Conduct deep-dive transaction analysis to identify operational gaps and unusual patterns
• Recommend and implement internal controls and automated workflows
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve settlement-related technical issues
• Prepare aging analysis reports and escalate high-risk variances or suspected fraud cases to management

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in financial operations and reconciliation within a bank, FinTech company, or financial institution
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to analyze large data volumes
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
