Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS or MD qualification with valid SLMC registration.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of clinical experience in:
- Paediatrics
- Obstetrics
- Gynaecology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Confident, proactive, and focused approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients according to hospital protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
- Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
- Monitor patient progress and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital standards.
