Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess risks associated with insurance applications.
• Ensure accurate and efficient policy issuance in compliance with company guidelines.
• Handle policy endorsements and updates according to customer requirements.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
• Provide guidance on insurance products and services to meet customer needs.
• Manage front office operations, including record maintenance and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of 1–2 years in a related customer service or insurance role is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle walk-in clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of insurance systems is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala is required.
• Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
