Responsibilities

• Manage loan recovery activities and collections.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate recovery records and reports.
• Support branch-level recovery operations and portfolio quality improvement.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level and/or Advanced Level qualifications.
• Previous experience in recovery, collections, finance, banking, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with customers.
• Willingness to work in assigned branch locations.
