Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow up on customer calls whenever necessary and respond to emails.
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L.
• Fully or partly qualified in Customer Relations, CRM, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or call center role.
• Ability to speak Tamil language will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
