Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Engineering (Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 05 years of total experience in building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems used in commercial and residential buildings.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical engineering activities on building construction projects.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure installation of mechanical systems complies with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues related to mechanical works.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
