Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety Management.
• Minimum 05 years of total experience.
• At least 03 years of experience in a similar capacity within:
  • Building construction projects.
  • Water supply projects.
  • Road construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Applicants should be below 50 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor occupational health and safety policies across project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and statutory regulations.
• Organize safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to improve safety performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout project operations.
