Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years of experience in construction projects.
• Professional knowledge of quantity surveying practices, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Measure and value completed work for interim and final payments.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents and quotations.
• Administer contracts and monitor project costs.
• Prepare variation claims and cost reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project costs remain within approved budgets.
