Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in road construction projects.
• Technical qualification in Civil Engineering will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of road construction practices and site supervision.
• Ability to lead construction teams and coordinate daily site activities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily road construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate and monitor work performed by site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
