Qualifications & Experience

• NDT, NDES, City & Guilds, or NCT qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience in the construction industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in underpass, culvert, and bridge construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of road construction practices and engineering standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day technical activities on road construction projects.
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate activities related to underpass, culvert, and bridge construction.
• Assist engineers with project planning, execution, and site coordination.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
