Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 05 years of total experience in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 02 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Associate Membership of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Measure and value construction works.
• Prepare and certify interim payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Administer contracts and manage variations and claims.
• Prepare final accounts and cost reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
