Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of total industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project execution.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage building construction activities.
• Coordinate construction work to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage site teams and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Prepare project reports and monitor construction progress.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
