Qualifications & Experience

• HND (Quantity Surveying), NDQS, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in road construction projects.
• Good understanding of quantity surveying principles and construction cost management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Support cost estimation and project budgeting.
• Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and variations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate quantity surveying documentation and reports.
