Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification related to Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 05 years of overall experience.
• At least 03 years of experience in a similar capacity within Building Services Engineering.
• Experience in construction and infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP/Building Services systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Building Services (MEP) activities on the project.
• Ensure electrical and mechanical systems are installed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues related to building services.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and support project documentation.
• Assist in planning, execution, testing, and commissioning of Building Services systems.
