Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, contract administration, and cost management.
• Experience in project budgeting, valuation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project control budgets.
• Prepare, evaluate, and certify progress payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Manage contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams on commercial matters.
• Prepare commercial reports and provide cost analysis to management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project financial objectives.
