Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector is highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of ERP inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Central Warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Supervise and provide functional guidance to project site storekeepers while ensuring compliance with company inventory and stores procedures.
• Monitor inventory transactions through the ERP system, ensuring accurate recording of receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances.
• Coordinate material distribution from the Central Warehouse to project sites to ensure uninterrupted project operations.
• Monitor inventory levels across all project locations and coordinate inter-project material transfers to optimize stock utilization.
• Conduct periodic stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Liaise with Procurement, Project Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and efficient warehouse operations.
• Prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes.
