Qualifications & Experience

• Strong planning, monitoring, and project control capabilities.
• Excellent management and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• MEP-specific qualifications and experience are not mandatory, provided the candidate demonstrates strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works with project teams.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works in accordance with project schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Prepare progress reports and support overall project management.
