Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Previous experience in a laboratory & similar field (Coating industry) will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of cement-based products and testing methods is preferred

• Age below 35 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing for raw materials and finished products

• Assist in product development trials and formulation improvements

• Prepare test samples and maintain accurate laboratory records

• Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance

• Monitor product performance and report test results

• Support R&D activities related to skim coat, tile adhesive, waterproofing, construction grout, and other innovative products

• Ensure laboratory cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures

Required Skills

• Good computer literacy and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
