The company is expanding its project team and is looking for experienced individuals with road construction and infrastructure experience to support its development initiatives in Seethawaka.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Laboratory Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in construction material testing or civil engineering laboratories will be advantageous.
• Experience related to road construction and infrastructure projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory testing of construction materials.
• Support testing activities related to concrete, aggregates, soil, and other construction materials.
• Collect, prepare, label, and handle material samples for laboratory testing.
• Conduct laboratory tests according to approved procedures and project requirements.
• Record test results accurately and maintain proper laboratory documentation.
• Assist laboratory technicians and engineers with material quality-control activities.
• Ensure testing equipment and laboratory areas are kept clean and properly maintained.
• Support field and laboratory testing activities at construction sites when required.
• Identify and report abnormal or non-conforming test results to the relevant technical personnel.
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with applicable quality and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of samples, test results, inspections, and reports.
