The company is expanding its project team and is seeking qualified and experienced individuals with road construction and infrastructure experience to support its development initiatives in Seethawaka.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 4 in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar work – mandatory.
• Relevant experience in road construction and infrastructure projects will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and project teams in the technical execution of construction activities.
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and support the supervision of civil construction activities.
• Assist with measurements, setting-out activities, and verification of completed works.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project personnel.
• Maintain accurate technical records, site reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Identify technical issues and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to required construction standards and procedures.
• Support the project team in maintaining efficient site operations.
• Assist with material, equipment, and resource coordination as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality requirements at the project site.
