The company is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to contribute to its construction projects while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• NCT in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of quantity surveying processes and construction-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the commercial and cost-management aspects of construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and verify quantity measurements for construction works.
• Assist with preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimates, and cost documentation.
• Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications and supporting documentation.
• Assist with measurement and valuation of completed works.
• Monitor variations and maintain proper records of changes to project scope.
• Support cost control and ensure project expenditure remains within approved budgets.
• Review subcontractor measurements, claims, and payment documentation.
• Maintain accurate quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Assist with preparing cost reports and other project-related commercial documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
• Good understanding of construction measurements and costing.
• Ability to prepare and review BOQs and project estimates.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project and site teams.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a construction-site environment.
