The Ruwanwella Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Limited is inviting applications for the position of Field Officer.

Eligibility Requirements

• Education:

  • Must have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination in six (06) subjects including Sinhala/Tamil Language, Mathematics, and English in no more than two sittings.

  • Passing at least two (02) subjects (excluding General Test) at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination is required.

• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years of age as of the closing date.

• Residency: Applicants must be permanent residents within the area of operation of the Ruwanwella Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society for at least three (03) years.

• Additional Skills:

  • Must possess a valid riding license.

  • Professional qualifications in Marketing or Microfinance will be considered an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in a similar field is preferred.

Terms of Employment

• Salary: A basic salary of Rs. 22,500.00 plus a performance-based allowance.

• Benefits: Entitled to EPF and ETF benefits.
