Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with First or Second Class from a recognized University or Higher Educational Institution.
• Minimum four (04) years of experience in the field of Student Affairs.
• Good command of English communication skills.

Preference

Preference will be given to applicants who possess:

• A Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Counselling, or equivalent qualifications.

Age Limit

• Applicants should not be more than 45 years of age on the closing date of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career guidance and counselling services to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Organize career development programmes, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
• Assist students in career planning, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate internship, industrial training, and graduate employment initiatives.
• Develop relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Organize career fairs and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain student career records and prepare reports.
• Support students in developing employability and professional skills.
