Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with First or Second Class from a recognized University or Higher Educational Institution.
- Minimum four (04) years of experience in the field of Student Affairs.
- Good command of English communication skills.
Preference
Preference will be given to applicants who possess:
- A Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Counselling, or equivalent qualifications.
Age Limit
- Applicants should not be more than 45 years of age on the closing date of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide career guidance and counselling services to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Organize career development programmes, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Assist students in career planning, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate internship, industrial training, and graduate employment initiatives.
- Develop relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Organize career fairs and employer engagement activities.
- Maintain student career records and prepare reports.
- Support students in developing employability and professional skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Scale: U-AC 2 (II): Rs. 85,305 – 302,400
