Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or non-banking finance industry.
• Hands-on experience in sales and marketing of leasing or lending products.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent business acumen with a positive attitude, drive, and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and achieve assigned business targets.
• Manage and develop the business portfolio through effective customer engagement.
• Ensure timely collection of rental dues from customers.
• Prepare and execute individual business development plans.
• Organize and participate in promotional campaigns and business canvassing activities.
• Visit business partners regularly and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, introducers, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up and finalize business leads promptly.
• Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the branch.
