Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the consumer durable retail industry.
• Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales management experience.
• Overseas retail experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the mega showroom efficiently.
• Achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to maximize performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
• Ensure showroom merchandising standards and product displays are maintained.
• Train showroom staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Inspect showroom operations regularly and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines.
