Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in bancassurance operations, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate reports to support management requirements.
• Assist with financial analysis and forecasting activities.
• Manage credit processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Organize sales team training sessions, meetings, and administrative activities.
• Support the sales recruitment process and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administration functions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.
